Opensound is a new and fully independent
music publishing label founded by musicians and technicians
with proved experience in many areas. In 2003 Opensound
decided to become a music publishing company. The first
activity was the creation of a production music library,
which actually consists of 15 CDs. Music was composed
by artists who had been working for years in the field
of music for image and who dedicated to Opensound their
creative experience explaining to many areas, from documentaries
to institutional films, from fictions and movies to shorts.
Opensound intends to be an artistic landmark and a leader
in the musical production area. Also, our target is to
become one of the main points of a partnership net where
many artists should co-operate with us, trying to create
and experiment innovative models. Opensound is divided
into three working areas:
- open factory, area related to the
creation and the developement of a production music library
and all the compositive works
- open studio, the musical production's
area related to technological developements
- different lands, working area and discographic
label related to artistic productions and author music
Opensound's core values are the creativity,
considered as openess towards different and original targets,
and the artistic indipendence of every project, which make
it one of the most innovative label in the publishing and
artistic field.
